Not the hotel's fault but one nightclub around plays EXTREMELY loud music until midnight, daily.

The rooms are spacious and cozy, the staff helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was good We couldn't find anything.

The pool was very nice but only had 4 sunbeds for such a large hotel and was very difficult to get a drink or food by the pool. The breakfast food was average and they advertised certain facilities that were not at the hotel. It was a confusing checkin process and one of my friends had an issue and the staff initially did not disclose it was the hotel mistake.

Location was great, but Ha Long is a ghost town. Obs not the hotels fault.

The hotel and hotel rooms were great! There wasn’t anything much to do in the area except a theme park, massage and some seafood restaurants.

Great location. Walking distance to Sun world (cable car and amusement park) and international ferry terminal. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Some difficulty communicating with staff in English. Loud music outside the hotel at night.

Good location, clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff. Nice pool with fantastic view. Breakfast was decent. No communal areas for socialising like a bar. The sky bar was shut due to the typhoon which was totally understandable but the bar on the ground floor was also closed.

Great location in ha long.great and welcoming staff. Across the road is a milk bar and restaurant strip's. The facilities were great.
