It was really confortable, with a great location. Room was nice and big. Totally recommend the hotel. The internal hallway rugs could use some more ventilation to fight the humidity

The view was amazing, I was able to see everything. The room was large and tidy. Breakfast on the roof top was very nice and plenty to choose from. The staff were very friendly. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is great. Location is good, not too busy. The breakfast in the down stairs restaurant had many little flies around the food. The shower in the bath was a little difficult to get in and out.

The view Unbearable unable disco till three in the morning. And bearable light show flashing through every hotel window until three in the morning. If you are old, you can never walk up the hill that leads to this hotel. I would never recommend this again to anybody. We complained and told them about this and wanted our money back and they said no so we left anyway without receiving any money in return. Would never ever recommend this to anybody again in my whole life and I have been to Bay five times.

The relentless bass from the nearby beach bar. Though it does stop at midnight.

Big hotel. Room had a great view. Staff were friendly. Hotel is undergoing renovations. No iron and ironing board was available. Gym was in disrepair.

The breakfast buffet (not the time or the staff) was very nice, the view, room and bathroom were excellent. The noise coming from the beach club that is 2kilometers away, please do not book here your stay if you want to sleep before midnight. Even after Midnight you can hear the music, but not annoying anymore. They should do something against the noise otherwise this hotel is worthless. The combination of not sleeping before midnight and being sent out of the breakfast room before 9:00 makes it difficult to get enough sleep on your holiday. The first night we arrived around 4:00 in the night so they explained us that we need to pay an extra night. Furthermore, we needed to change rooms twice during our five night stay due to the early arrival and a broken airconditioning that kept us awake during the night. Also, the reception told us twice that the hotel was fully booked while we were often the only ones during breakfast. Weird and unrelaxing experience in this hotel.

The overall Hotel was excellent the breakfast was also very good. We had a suite on the 11floor and the view over the bay was amazing. Beds was huge and comfortable the room to be honest was great. The only thing that let the hotel down which really isn't their fault. Is the really obnoxiously loud music that is played on the beach from 3pm till 3am every day by two other buisnesses Which means you can't really use the balcony in the evenings. Luckily the sound proofing does reduce the noise to an acceptable level.

Nice location. No wifi at stayed floor; most of time, very weak signal, could not use. Reception did not record our room reservation through Booking.com. We had to tell them when we arrived to check-in.

Good facilities and location The restaurants closes by 9pm so you cannot order anything after that.

Breakfast - Good choice and spread. However the breakfast is only till 9 am which is pretty early if you are on a vacation. Tour Booking - they were kind enough to book a Ha Long bay tour for us Gym - very shabby and unhygienic with some broken equipment and lacks basic things like providing a fresh hand towel for a workout and no provision for drinking water during workout - the hotel staff expects us to get our bathing towels and also water from our room which is absurd. Swimming Pool - basic thing like at least providing a swimming towel should be there but there were none. Room - The room with a sea view is good. However they just provide 330 ml. of drinking water bottle in a day which is not good enough considering such an expensive room. Overall considering it was a luxury property the basic amenities were missing...!

Staff were very kind and room was clean and cozy The breakfast didn't have big variety and most of food wasn't enough. Also they didn't have a shuttle to the beach so we needed to call taxi all the time.
