Great location and enjoy being in a home like environment .. Dishwasher needs attention as its all rusty inside, central temp control was turned off for 3 days, so no fan or air movement or temp control. Last day of the stay even the heat was off.

Amazing staff, nice decent rooms, good pillow and mattress. Nice facilities. Supermarket on a very short walking distance. Building is very warm and the room has no AC or ventilation. For the price point, it was overpriced.

Clean, good sized room and bathroom with a laundry room for guest use downstairs. Friendly staff and convenient for guests travelling by car and not too far from the Alsterdorf metro station Charging money for things like bottled water and coffee pods seemed a bit stingy considering we were paying nearly €200 per night

The staff were really friendly and they made sure that our request was catered. It was such a big help for us. I like also that the rooms were clean and bus station is just a couple of minute walk.

The internet was fast the hotel employees smoke throughout the day on their breaks This smoke comes up directly into my room where I had to keep the windows open because there is no air conditioning. I informed the Front Desk of the problem to include photos but no one seem to care. I guess I could have relocated to another room on a different side of the building but this option was not offered to me. I would not stay at thiis hotel or recommend it to anyone because of the smokng issues and lack of air conditioning.

Our apartment was very spacious, light and bright. The complex is close to good bus/train services to central Hamburg and there is a supermarket close by. There is no need for a car in Hamburg as the public transport and bikeways are brilliant. The client laundry is also great with multiple washing machines and dryers available free. This apartment was the most expensive we stayed in during our 11 week holiday, but it was also amongst the best.

A beautiful area, amazing park and bistro nearby, we went with two big dogs and had plenty of space to walk them. Exceptionally clean, great staff, wonderful breakfast. You need to pay extra for parking, dogs and breakfast but it is worth it. Not applicable

clean, location very close to supermarket and bus stop, also close to airport, nice free taxi service from booking.com when we arrived and helpful driver and staffs, AC is a plus in hot summer. soundproof between apartments/rooms, more privacy is great, tv program should have those without German dubbed for children especially, or should have at least English subtitle

Room were clean and spacious. It was close to the airport but the surrounding area, especially along the river was very nice. Better value for money than most places in Hamburg. The room was a little lacking in character but that was expected. Journey into center took a little longer than expected and fairly expensive by taxi. Hamburg is expensive for accommodation overall but this place is better value for money than most.

Clean and nice place. Welcoming receptionist. Closeness to the airport and convenient access to the city transport. In general, pleasant green area. Proximity to a supermarket "Lidl". 24/7 gym. They do not do room service every day. It was announced to me at the reception, so no surprise, however when you have just a few days for rest, you want comfort and cosiness. Hand soup did not work in the bathroom. The breakfast is very minimalistic.
