Location of the hotel makes it easy to reach the key locations in the city by car The outside of the hotel looks past it's best, does not look very inviting.

Lovely, friendly staff, big comfortable room and nice bathroom. The early morning drilling and hammering.

The staffs were very hepful and friendly. It is an old hotel with renovations going on. There was a lot of noise (drilling and hammering) like 8 in the morning. There is only one elevator that could accomodate just 3-4 person and takes forever to come.

Great breakfast, convenient for airport, private car and public transport. Staff all friendly and helpful. Main lifts were being serviced but there was a small lift available. A small inconvenience hardly worth mentioning.

Location close to Tesla supercharger. Safe parking. The third bed in the family room is not great. It’s a sofa bed and the mattress is way too thin, so you are sleeping on the metal frame bars. A on extra mattress would fix this but the hotel couldn’t provide one when i asked. I did not sleep well.

Staff was awesome and check in was a breeze. Restaurant was not terrible, staff were also very good, food was okay but nothing to brag about. The only complaint I have is the smell of drain.. one has to shut the sink drain in order to cut down on the odor in the the drain and the fact that the water didn't drain adequately from the shower and it spilled onto the bathroom floor, which I'm sure also contributes to the moldy drain odor in the room.
