Location was close to where i needed to be No a/c and the smoking area was under my window so room was very hot and stuffy

The cleanliness and the reception staff No air con and in this heatwave the room was like an oven making it very hard to sleep. The bed clothes were not changed during our stay. No facilities to make tea only coffee. Although the breakfast was lovely it was very overpriced. The location hadn't got much to offer, although public transport was close by. The bar, although still advertised on their website, is closed since Covid, so nowhere for a nightcap

Modern hotel in quite residential location. 5 mins walk to u bahn station. 20 mins to Rathaus. No air conditioning, opening window but still very hot rooms on a summer night

The room was clean and the location was great: big park nearby, free parking spots on the street and many restaurants close by. However there were many negative points. Staff were unfriendly. They said Hello without looking at you. It's like they must say hello to guests because of the company rules not what they wanted to do. Our room was facing the sun all day but it did have AC so it's super hot. The hallway was cooler than our room. We couldn't sleep well at night even we opened the window. If we opened the window, we got noise from the street and mosquito. I don't consider them as 3 star hotel. They didn't offer a free bottle of water, no kettle for making tea, no free coffee... On the third day, i asked for cleaning room service. After I came back to the room, they did clean the room but they took away towels and shower mat with them??? In general we didn't enjoy our stay. It's really uncomfortable.

Friendly an helpful staff, spoke good English. Use of the hotel's carpark involved extra cost; there was a coffee machine in the room, but you have to pay 1€ per capsule

Breakfast was good overall. The pancake machine wasn’t working for two days, but I really liked the filter coffee at the restaurant — much better than the typical coffee machines. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious enough. The pillows were fine as well The downside is that there is no air conditioning. We had requested a fan in advance, which was confirmed by email, but it was not provided. Even though we traveled a bit before early spring when the weather was still quite cold, the room felt warm all the time (the heater was turned off all the time). Since there is no ventilation system, heat tends to build up in the room. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for the summer or during very hot days. You can open the window, but if you’re a light sleeper, the outside noise might make it difficult to rest. Because of this inconvenience, it would be nice if the hotel could at least provide complimentary bottled water and coffee as a small gesture, because you have to pay 1 euro p/ cap of coffee and the bottle of water.

Very clean well kept property- great location near my son’s apartment. Location convenience and quiet property.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were a breeze. room was clean and comfortable.
