I only stayed for one night, and the room was clean and spacious. It is well connected to public transport and convenient to reach from the airport. It is a bit expensive, which is, however, typical for Hamburg. For a smoother check in procedure, I think it would be better to send less e-mails, which for non-native German speakers are a bit difficult to go through. Since they have a 24-hour reception, it seems unnecessary.

The location is very quiet and conveniently close to the bus stop, metro station, and Edeka supermarket. The check-in and check-out process was handled swiftly and entirely digitally on my phone—there was no need to visit the reception desk. All door access was provided directly on my phone, which was technically impressive and greatly appreciated.
