-Heating was not functioning properly during 5 degrees weather, which made the stay very uncomfortable/unbearable. -Internet/WiFi was not working during the stay and no response. -Room was located on the 4th floor without elevator access, which was not communicated transparently beforehand and made carrying luggage difficult. -Overall property condition and experience did not match expectations from the listing. Looked pretty shabby with no decor which was shown in the pictures. It was very smooth to check in and out. It was not too far from the city centre and easily accessible from the public transport. Our Apartment had a bathroom, a kitchen and 2 bedrooms with double beds. It could use a bit more cleaning up, but was okay.

There were two rather spacious rooms, small but functional kitchen and small bathroom. The location is not bad. It is situated not far from big transport station Barmbek. The staff didn't describe exact place were I could park my car. I parked it nearby on the street (at Pfenningsbusch 37-27) and there weren't any problems. Photos didn't correspond to real apartments. Sound insolation is bad and you can hear neighbors. My wife complained about smoke smell. TV in one room didn't work (it had some malfunction with screen)

Nice bedroom, great price range The kitchen and bathroom were not on par with the bedroom. Had problems checking in, since the keys were not in place and took me an hour before I reached the reception on the telephone number
