Clean rooms, simple jet comfy design. Great customer service. Just by the train station so great communication Maybe the price could be a little smaller or for the same price and access to sauna or jacuzzi in the building

I like the comfort of the room and friendly staff! I was already a bit nervous because I read in some reviews that the air conditioning unit might be broken but luckily I got one that was functioning making my stay comfortable. Breakfast was really excellent! Nothing ;)

The room was setup so people could stay for more than a couple of days, with spaces to store things. The room was very well isolated from outside sounds. There wasn't a kettle nor a fridge in the room, and many places that served coffee was closed when we wanted some. Not the hotels fault, but the Culturetax is clearly a goverment hoax. It is meant to be spend on things to keep the city clean and running. But there was graffiti and lots of garbage containers all over the area. And public toilets are quite gross.

The hotel staff was very friendly and really did their very best. In the first night we had a room on the backside and broken airconditioning. Luckily this was adressed the next day.
