The only positive point was the hotel’s location. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was disappointing. Basically, I believe this hotel committed fraud against customers through misleading information on Booking.com. We checked out one day early because the room was much smaller than advertised and was not suitable for our family. Despite leaving early, the hotel refused to refund the unused night. The staff were unhelpful and rude when we requested a partial refund. The parking information was also misleading. The website stated €18 per day, but we were charged €2 per hour instead, which cost much more than expected. Overall, we felt misled and did not receive the level of service or facilities we paid for.

Far away from the busy center but surrounded by restaurants and groceries stores. Missing parking lot and you should have 18 euro extra per day for the underground parking.

The hotel is very central, near the Statdpark where you can enjoy Hamburg waterways and a very nice dinner. As difficult as it may be, it was very good to be able to park just under. The building is constructed that the window facing an inner court, nice and quite. We are not sure about the glass wall to the shower...
