Staff! Biggi was super! Parking under cover for the motorcycle and right next to the Reeperbahn… All good!

The hotel was very clean, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is located just a couple minutes walk from a metro station and is an easy walk to the river and old fish market. The rooms are small and basic, but have everything one could need. And considering the price, it is a very good deal. We were very satisfied with the hotel. We were not familiar with the Reeperbahn district before arriving and were a little worried, but we found the area to be safe and fascinating. Hamburg in general has an enormous amount of graffiti, and this neighborhood does too.

Staff were very nice breakfast was lovely and fresh.room was Room was very noisy on 1st floor from out side construction work being done starting very early in the morning not much sleep It was a good location for visiting the red light district and wasn't to far away from getting around to the touristy place.

The location is very convenient and we felt safe. It is a all female run hotel and all the staffs are AMAZING!! The breakfast was much better than I expected for a motel. I especially love all the different kinds of nuts at the cereal section. The free parking was also a plus. The first night when we arrived, the parking slots were full but we manage to park in the garage right next door for 10EUR a day and moved the car to the free parking space the next morning. The rooms are quite small, but it is a motel so don't expect too luxury. It is close to Reeperbahn which is the red light district. But we never felt unsafe walking around even at night. If you don't like the busy night life there you should avoid. But the windows are very solid, as soon as you close the window you can't hear any street noise.

Availability of parking lot. Rooms need sound insulation. We got to hear all what was going on in the room of our neighbors, and it was not a good experience at all.

Location? If you are a party animal - perferct. Repaban is one of the bussiest streets in Hamburg. Hotel offer no AC, therefore you have to keep your widows open, being so close to such busy street prepare yourself for all the nightlife noises: sirenes, arab music, fights, love making sounds - you name it. A good working AC would of solved all the proboems.

Most of the room is quite...minimalistic and sparse. The only real thing that could be improved though is the pillows

Wonderful / Great check-in young lady, very nice and very helpful. parking directly across the street. Elevator. Nice new clean room. Large queen bed. 24 hour front desk. Very clean, central location at the particular Saint Pauli neighbourhood, and EXCELLENT breakfast, convenient parking. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast is good, staff is friendly, cleanliness, bed is comfy, wireless works well, restaurants around Room is small (but no surprise, it is mentioned in the description), room literally next to the elevator and not isolated from the stairs (which make noisy)

Very friendly staff, Hotel was basic but clean well run. Room dark and very basic, but clean.

Everything was perfect. Private bathroom was exceptionally small.

Overall it was a very clean tidy hotel, had a single bed room which was spotless, staff were very friendly and accomadating and was very close to the S-Bahn, as in a few minutes away Would stay here again.
