Hotel Continental Hamburg

The room was spacious and even the bathroom. More than perfect for three guests. Breakfast was included. It was varied. Great value for money. Could be slightly cleaner especially under the beds.

It was accessible when you want to see places in Hamburg. Near Hamburg train station. Room was clean, but very small, bed not comfortable, you can feel something hard (a spring or something) and it is uneven.

Location right next to the train station. Continental breakfast included and friendly staff in the breakfast room. Comfortable bed. We seemed like we were an inconvenience to the receptionist, no smile, just a sigh on approach to the desk. No tea and coffee in the room. Very noisy humming the whole time from some sort of fan. It was really warm but we couldn't open the window due to the noise.

The room layout is quite good. Staffs are friendly, the girl in the morning was very very helpful. She went above and beyond for us, we are grateful. The room was very very dim. Despite the very bright and newly refurbish bathroom, (which flooded after each person’s shower) the room only have a solitary dim lamp in the middle of the room

Nothing Filthy dirty rooms, bedroom door doesn’t lock properly, curtain fell off, chair fell apart, breakfast appalling especially the coffee. Argumentative rude staff

Perfect clean and spacious room for 3 persons. nice German breakfast, perfect. opposite the central station, perfect spot. We liked everything.

The room was small, but clean & comfortable. There was no kettle/tea /coffee facilities. But may that's usual for Germany? Perfect location for us, next door to the theatre we were visiting. Opposite the train station and a short walk into the city centre. (Photo below is the view from our room)

very close to the station so ideal for train travellers. I had a single room at a very good price, which is perfect for a single traveller and very hard to find. The room was ideal, very clean with a good bathroom. Breakfast was very good, good coffee. the hotel needs a little modernisation, but everything worked well and it was great value and a perfect position.

It’s close to the railway and bus station, nice location to the center of Hamburg.Easy to find. The room was clean. 24 hours reception. It was cold in the shower. You hear all the noise from the corridor. There is no fridge in the room.

Ideal location Lovely staff for the breakfast Woman on reception shouted at us for coming early even though I explained we were dropping our bags she was honestly really hostile
