Would have liked clear instructions of where the door was as I was worried about it being locked (turned out it was next to the reception but when you just want to go to bed it's better to be super clear with the details). The bed was a little small for a normal sized man. The person at the front desk could try being a little more friendly at checkout (he wasn't unfriendly but rather disinterested). The area turned out to be mostly industrial and car dealerships and such, not too charming when you want to get breakfast.

Nothing, there was bugs on the bed when we arrived. The staff was very rude and didn't offer to rectify the situation. Smelled bad and room was not at all in compliant with the proper safety features. There was bugs on the bed when we arrived. The staff was very rude and didn't offer to rectify the situation.
