The bed was full of bedbugs and I was up all night?. The bathroom was very dirty???????

the bed was comfortable. the room was large. The hotel was under renovation. The room was very large but it seemed to have been an apartment previously, with an empty space where the kitchen was. In the bathroom, no hot water was available, only lukewarm water for about 3 minutes of showering, then it went cold. The shower curtain didn't even reach to the bottom of the shower, and all the water from showing went out on the bathroom floor and into the room. There were some broken curtains on one side of the room, no shades or curtains on the other side. It was also very loud outside (from the construction site).
