Great location & clean. Windows being soundproof were perfect as well for a good sleep in a busy area Breakfast was quite expensive at €20 & the overall cost for a IBIS probably on the high side

It was an excellent location. Harbour was accessible on foot, subway station was 5 min on foot. If you are into nightlife, this was right at the beginning of it. Breakfast was great with good selection of items. Nothing that comes to my mind.

Quiet, clean room. All-plastic bathroom capsules, like on an aeroplane, are hideous. My main gripe is with the incompetence of the check-in staff and manager. I ended up paying 35 Euros for parking which should have been only 9. Apparently, a discount card is needed for this: this fact wasn't mentioned by either person who checked me in or out, and it's not mentioned on their webpage. The manager was very unhelpful and just palmed me off by sending me the email address of the car parking company. Clearly, they don't value customers and their low rating score says it all.

Location, building itself, parking inhouse. No water kettle. No ventilation, only AC.

The room had a decent size for the purpose, looked nice and had a good level of noise reduction. Bathroom size and utilities were ok. Could have been a bit cleaner, bed was not properly made, missing a towel, wardrobe is not great to use and blocks the path of the curtains. Bathroom had a not great smell probably due to the toiled being damaged. The AC was not working and it got very hot during the nights.
