I liked the location, the room was clean, all the necessities were there. The bed was really comfortable. We had a room with a balcony, so that was a nice addition.

Location and good noise insulation from outside. Some things were close to broken, like the bed-light cable. Receptionist tried to make money by not handing over correct change/no card payment for the city-tax possible.

The location was great, opposite the St. Pauli market in the Reeperbahn area and thus at a very lively district, and the staff was friendly. The facilities were somewhat old but sufficient. The reception was only open from 11 am to 7 pm, and thus there were no adequate security or safety measures at night, given that access to the hotel entrance was relatively easy. There was no elevator, so access to the rooms in the upper floors was only possible by the stairs. Last but not least, the fees were too high compared to the services and facilities offered.

The hotel doesn’t have its own parking space, but there were some public car park nearby to pay 20 euros a day. Location is good but the sound proof of room was a bit poor so that you can hear next door. Generally, it’s still good value.

There was a homeless encampment directly in front of the entrance door to the hotel asking people for money. Additionally, the room was unbearably hot and the window had to be open at all times while the outside is very very loud at night.

The staff was friendly, and the room was nice and had everything I needed. I also got a room facing the quiet side, which was a big plus. The location was very uncomfortable – there were homeless people all along the street and on both sides of the hotel entrance, which felt scary and unsafe. The toilet seat was broken, and the Wi-Fi connection was weak and kept cutting out.

Accommodation is centrally located at Reeperbahn! This is the right place for spending nights out in Hamburg when you need some hours of sleep in between :) Easy check-in/check-out and helpful stuff. Don't be surprised by the outside look - inside is perfectly fine and save. Noisy neighbours due to thin walls and not particular clean rooms.

Room was nice and clean and comfortable. Difficult to get in - nobody at reception and they did not send a code for the machine. There were lots of people outside on the street and I didn’t feel safe waiting in the doorway for the phone to be answered and a code given to me. If I was on my own and arrived in the dark this would have been very scary for a lone female as the hotel is not located in a nice area. The code needs to be sent out in advance so this doesn’t happen. The room did not have a deadbolt on the door so there was no way of fully securing it. If someone wanted to get in with a key they would have been able to which was again a concern for safety.

Good location, in the centre of all fun yet the room was quiet. Totally recommend!

Close to the underground station Check in was horrific. Didn't receive a code for the keyboy so had to call. Staff member was impatient and borderline rude. Didn't seem to have a clue about our booking. Loads of homeless people outside the hotel which is intimidating. Room is very small, basic and compact. Bathroom is tiny. Very noisy and in a rough area. Clean enough. No WiFi, kettle or any other services. Smell of damp in the room. Check in should be easy but it's made really hard.
