Location, staff and price. Because of the heat wave we had a terrible night, they had a fan but obviously was not enough. Other than that, everything was fantastic.

Near the accommodation, there is a park, a harbor, a tunnel, and a Hamburg bunker. The location is noisy, dirty, and full of nightlife—along with its downsides. You can't keep the street-facing windows open due to the noise, and the conditions in the room—located right under the roof without air conditioning—are unbearable in the summer; the heat and noise kept us from sleeping all night.

Friendly reception staff, including the late night security man when we arrived after midnight. The breakfast was delicious, lots to choose from everyday and late morning breakfast times. The room was large with 4 beds, only up 3 flights of spiral staircases which were hard work. Great to have free earplugs as it was noisy outside. And a fan to keep the room cool. 3 beds a little squashed together with one very close to the toilet door. The spiral staircase to the room. One bed had an an unclean sheet

Great location. Clean and cozzy

The location was very central, the family rooms a great option for us and the breakfast was excellent. Very grateful for hot powerful showers and fresh towels and linen, as well as kind and helpful staff. The noise from the street if you’re in a room at the front of the building is pretty hard to sleep with, although we were grateful of the ear plugs - and that’s coming from someone who lives on a main road in London. It was also pretty hot in there. Kindly they let us move to a room at the back of the hostel which was much more comfortable.

The hotel is clean and the shared bathrooms and showers were modern and clean. It is just in the Repeerbahn. It was extremely noisy, not only because of the location but because there was a festival in front. But it was also noisy inside, you can hear the other guests closing and opening doors and going up and down the stairs. It doesn’t have AC and it was 30 degrees and wasn’t possible to sleep with the window open due to the outside noise.

Near to the road. Very old. Sink was in room the room, not in the bathroom. Water was accumulating in the sink.
