Conveniently close, but bad location The organization, the staff, the entrance, the room door was an emergency exit, the beds were horrendous, curtains were broken, bathroom dirty

Polite and helpfull staff, location, came for concert and stayed only one night Water pressure in the shower due to the calcified shower head, broken bathroom door that leaked water in the sleeping room after showering. Noise from the bar that played worst possible music

I didn’t like anything at all it was not clean and there were stains on the floor and dust under the bed. I even saw a spider on the curtain Moreover, it smells bad and it feels that you’re staying in a hospital. I was not informed that there is a bar under the hotel. The music was playing till 3 am which was very loud

The room was good, the bed was comfortable (with the usual German pillow... but that's hardly a specific problem of this place). And it was really quiet. I read all the reviews saying that it's very noisy because of the venues downstairs, but maybe that only applies in the weekends? I was there on a Tuesday and everything was quiet. A very nice guy welcomed me at 15:00 and showed me how the keys and everything worked. The shower works perfectly, but... you'll find water everywhere, after. At least in room 33, I don't know about the others. And I don't just mean in the bathroom (that wouldn't be a problem), the water just leaks outside in the room and it's very easy to flood everything. So, be careful! Maybe place something under the door.

Perfect location if you want to be right in the middle of Reeperbahn. If not - beware it's going to be loud outside. You will hear music and people long into the night.
