Special thanks to the administrator who welcomed us on our first day. He was very kind and helpful. We arrived about an hour before the standard check-in time, and he kindly assisted us and provided our room earlier. The room was of a normal size, comfortable, beautiful, and very clean. The facilities are a bit older, but everything worked properly. Our windows faced the main street, yet the room was well soundproofed, so noise was not an issue. The location is not the best aspect of the hotel. There are quite a few homeless people in the area, but they do not approach guests, and we did not experience any problems. The metro station is only a three-minute walk away, which is very convenient. If you do not mind the surrounding neighborhood, this hotel can be a very good option for a short city trip.

The gentleman who owns the hotel and works at reception is lovely, cheerful and very helpful. Yes, the location needs some renovation. The room and bathroom need updating, but I think the price is totally fair. The owner told me that he took over the place a few months ago and is trying to invest in it, doing his best to make improvements. It's in the heart of Reeperbahn, so you'd expect to see party people at the weekend. I was there on a Tuesday and had a room at the back. There was no noise at all. I wish the new owner all the best.

Ambiente hotel is in the center of St Pauli , restaurants around close to the train station . I love the place

Location was in the middle of a street with full of night clubs, Entrance, facilities, tv was broken, shower door was broken.

Location and view is good. The room with carpet will make a higher class. The light in the bath room didn't match the light of the bedroom.

I like the price The receptionist was so rude and impossible to the extent she called me "dümm" for no reason whatsoever and even tried to deny that I booked a room in the hotel to my surprise,aside from that I enjoyed my stay there considering the amount I paid. I suggest that the receptionist be cautioned otherwise she will definitely drive clients away with her very bad attitude, thank you.

Confortable beds, low price and good place The room smoked to the cigarrete and the woman who hosted wasn not easy going, you should be if you recieve tourists. After that everything Ok Its an old building, a low level hotel but its enough.
