Great location - at the very beginning of Reeperbahn (safe, clean area), next to U-Bahn S. Pauli station. Close to public transport, still walking distance from historic city center, very close to the port (Landsbrucke) and the Flak tower. - Spacious room, nice big window. Interesting building design. All still feels relatively new. Good soundproofing. - Late checkout time (12.00). This was highly appreciated. - Hotel staff nice and professional. By default, rooms are only cleaned every 3 days - unless you manually (!) request cleaning for the next day on the evening before. This is bothersome and greenwashing at its purest. (Also, as is now commonplace, they will not replace your towels unless you put them on the floor.. Nevermind if they are dirty and wet, since you can't dry them properly inside the room.) - The lobby bar had a "cocktail of the week" offer - since it seemed quite interesting, we tried to order it on 2 separate evenings (Mo, We) - but they never had the ingredients. The "offer" remained on the board for the whole week. Weird. Either really poor bar management or a bit scammy.. - No wellness - in a 4* we hoped at least for a sauna. They apparently never reopened it after Covid. - Good breakfast, but quite pricey for a standard hotel breakfast.

The hotel was far more better than what I was expecting! If you want to be near Reeperbahn vibrant night area, then this hotel should be your first choice! Just open the door and you are at the heart of Reeperbahn in the St. Pauli side! St. Pauli train station is a 2 minutes walk across the street. The area is packed with everything you may imagine. Meanwhile, its location is very quiet! You can sleep well on night and daylight. The value of the hotel is very affordable in comparison Hamburg’s average accommodation prices! The room is spacious and has central AC too. The staff are very friendly. Highly recommended! I really couldn’t find any flaw! Maybe only the fact that housekeeping is upon request only. It may bother some people. I mean your room is not cleaned by default. The reception upon check in will ask you. For me, it wasn’t a big deal!

The hotel is wonderful – rooms, facilities, staff, breakfast - there is nothing to complain about. Location. The hotel is located at the very beginning of a famous Reeperbahn street. The street offers a variety of dining options and, if you're interested, entertainment to suit every taste. It was important to me that the hotel was located close to the metro. From the hotel, it's a 15-minute walk past parks to the St. Pauli Piers, and from there to the St. Michael's Church and other tourist attractions. The hotel has one unique feature: the breakfast room is located in a separate building, accessible only by exiting the hotel and walking about 10 meters outdoors. I was there in summer and the weather was fine, so this walk to breakfast was pleasant. But imagine the cold season, with frost, rain, and wind, when you can't leave the room without a coat - it could be very inconvenient and unpleasant.

Clean and nice staff We booked a double bed but got two single beds pushed together. We had to pay extra to get a room with a proper double bed. The breakfast also lacked variety.

The room was spacious and clean, a great location close to public transport and bars and restaurants. The breakfast was good. Only thing I disliked was to get to the breakfast you had to go through "smokers corner" not very nice if you are a non smoker about to eat breakfast

It is a very modern room, very clean and silent. I only needed a hotel to sleep, so for that, it can be expensive
