NO RESPONSE ON PHONE WRONG INVOICE NO EMAIL REPLY WRONG CHARGE OF PARKING-FROM SOME FOREIGN CARD WHICH DOES NOT BELONG TO ME I DID NOT PARK MY CAR THERE: I HAVE NO CAR; I HAVE NO LICENSE. Absolutely frustrating experience.

The bed was nice and the location was good The extreme perfumed smell in the lobby. The fridge did not work. There was only one giant duvet cover and we could not get an ekstra since they had run out. The window could not open, i really find this super annoying since fresh air in the morning is important The sink in the bathroom was not working

Great place in a very comfortable location. Wonderful staff and very clean rooms. All the amenities worked wonderfully without any problem. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Had a nice stay there for my birthday celebration. In walking distance to the Landungsbrücken, so that’s very convenient in case you wanna see a musical or do a boat tour.

The fact that their restaurant didn’t open until 4 pm. I was told 11 am so it was disappointing. I didn’t know German and the young man working there wasn’t understanding English so erroneous info given due to my inability to speak German.

Everything! Only 5 min walk from Millerntor St. Pauli football stadium. And only 5 min walk from Reeperbahn with loads of restaurant opportunities, night life, people watching, etc.. That I couldn’t stay longer….

The hotel is located next to the U-Bahn Station and easily reached by U3. It is right at St. Pauli and close to many great cafes and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the house keeping is available by request, you can either tell them during check in or request later from the reception. The windows are locked so the only fresh air is via ventilation and looks like the filters are not in great condition. My companion had many allergic flare ups due to that.
