The hotel was clean and has std room. The breakfast was good. The location was also good , it was next to metro station and was easy to reach. We couldn’t establish healty communication with the hotel unless we messaged to hotel days before. We messaged to hotel but they replied after we reached the hotel. The breakfast was too crowded and the staff didn’t inform it to us by checkin ( most hotels inform their guest by checkin session)Because we could arrange our breakfast time according it. There was no wc’s on the ground floor , you have to go -1 floor.

This is a nice hotel with a good selection of facilities including a nice bar and restaurant and a sauna, steam room and small gym. There is a car park (very expensive) underneath the hotel. The hotel is quite a way out of Hamburg city centre - about a 45 minute walk. But it's also next to an underground station if you want to take public transport. There is not much in the immediate vicinity but there is loads to do and see in Hamburg. The room was comfy and had everything we needed.

The u Bahn was close by. The little playroom worked well for our kids. Chaos and too much noise at the lobby. The room was not clean: layer of dust on the tv, dark spots on the floor, and the extra "bed" couch was embarrassing to be an extra sleeping option. On the top the tv didn't work and the reception promised to fix it but it never happened.
