It is a decent hotel! No detergent smell, clean and the staff guy was very helpful by taking the luggage in the morning for the ladies! Thanks! It's a quiet and stylish place. It had double sized beds separated by a wall for privacy! That's rare. The check-in. You wouldn't want to go through this alone or at night, no staff to help you with it whatsoever. Be prepared for self checkout too. The decorative pillows need to be disinfected and dried quickly because they smell (from slow drying it happens). Otherwise all cool. The room was smallish and needed at least a chair, the kettle needs an upgrade (plastic isn't good).

Especially the house keeping staff! I like a front desk person to greet me. There was online, easy check in.

The room was very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable.

The sheets on a bed were not clean

The room wasn't ready within checkin time and took more than 1.5 hours to get tidied up.

But it was quite expensive for the money which I paid.

Lack of a fridge (even if were to be empty and small)

The self check-in machine was broken and we had to do in other place in a long walking distance and a little dangerous for me and my kids.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower needs a door. It is open to the rest of the bathroom and using the shower causes the whole bathroom floor to be under water. This causes a safety issue when entering the bathroom to use the toilet as the wet tile makes it slippery. It has already caused water damage to the main bathroom door. Also FYI the showerhead is dripping and needs to be fixed.

The personel was very helpful. I could reach them easily and they answer very quickly. The badthub was fun. Very nice building and location. Nice to have a private parking space. Check in was easy. We did not have to go to another location for this. It could all be done at the hotel itself. -

The room is comfortable; however, the door makes a lot of noise. Every time another guest closed a door or the elevator opened, my door sounded as if someone was trying to open it. Additionally, the bathroom light turns on automatically, and during the night, it is too bright as soon as the door opens. The TV only has a couple of channels.

This place has most definitely exceeded my expectations. The room was enormously large. Well, I was a single person in a room for your people, two large beds, so maybe some other rooms are smaller. I would Not know. Very comfortable. Nice furniture, including comfy beds with great linen, pillows. Wi fi signal was great. The password is hamburg1. The restroom was not huge but was nice. The room is in a nice large house. Very close to U train stop and also bus stop. Coffee/tea maker, a fridge, maybe would be nice

No housekeeping service for three days – No effort was made to remove the trash or clean the room during this time. No towel replenishment – Despite contacting the hotel to request fresh towels, no action was taken. Lack of basic amenities – The room was only equipped with toilet paper. There were no basic items such as glasses or even a small bottle of water. Severe lack of soundproofing – There was constant noise from neighboring rooms and the street, making it difficult to rest. Cold air entering the room – Cold air was coming through the window above the small bed, making the room uncomfortable. Unfulfilled request for a baby crib – Despite your website stating that cribs are provided free of charge, we never received one nor a response to our request. Lack of communication – Our messages were left unanswered throughout our stay.

Excellent location, but the suite is very small for five people. Lacks basic amenities such as a fridge and a water kettle. On the first day of our stay at the hotel, we did not see the housekeeper who cleans the rooms. We had to request clean towels and toilet paper by ourself.

Spacious room No staff to talk to. My inquiries were answered by an automatic reply. There is a very annoying automatic light in the room that is triggered by slight movements. The desk does not have a mating chair making it useless for working. There isn't a Cafe in the area, and there is no kettle or option to make coffee in the morning. in fact -there isn't even a glass in the room. The cleaning staff was very friendly but had no way to help. They were not aware of the custom of knocking on the door before entry.
