The beds were very comfortable The apartments were a little run down, the couch was very old and uncomfortable. The bar was always closed although it was said to be open.

Excellent breakfast with early enough hours for me and late enough for my wife. We were able to comfortably walk to many attractions in town. The staff at the front desk and taking care of the breakfast buffet were professional and friendly.

It's close to the St. Pauli U Bahn. There's a sauna with a shower that was really nice to have access too. The staff were polite and helpful when getting the sauna temperature right. The bed was comfortable. The apartment decor was very plain and boring. Everything grey.

I was greeted by Sabrina, the Manager, the best hotel manager I met in my life. She was very helpful with all questions answered about dinning, shopping, transportation and etc. She has this charisma you want to talk to her more them here time allowed. expensive breakfast

Minor detail: Note that not each apartment has a bathtub as shown in the pictures, so if that is preferred perhaps inquire upon reservation.

The design of the apartments is contemporary, the equipment provided including a dish washer in the kitchen and a washing machine plus separate drier in the bathroom for clothes. Of course I like the pool being a daily swimmer. There are lots of restaurants in the immediate neighborhood which give a lot of choices for eating out. I got lucky regarding parking, but parking on the street is not easy to find a legal space to park. The option is to use the hotel parking which is not cheap in my view.

Location, room and breakfast were OK no complaints

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, apartment equipped with all the amenities. The expandable sofa in the living room is a joke, not at all appropriate for a hotel. You can hardly sleep on it.

The one bedroom apartment was large and recently renovated.

Great temporary home with all amenities: Equipped kitchen with dishwasher and bath with washing machine and dryer! Also loved the large pool. The staff is great and very helpful! Hotel parking is available but pricey.

The location was great. Walking distance to everything. There's a baker and supermarket close by making the stay in an apartment ideal. We had a nice apartment on the 7th floor with a great view and could enjoy sitting outside on the balcony.
