Inexpensive, near train station so handy for Airport. Also subway so handy for traveling in/around Hamburg. Breakfast is a good, continental selection. Rooms a bit basic but functional. I have an issue with hotels that don't provide irons in the rooms, especially for business travel.

Pillows and duvets in the room are the worst I've ever seen. Double bed with two single duvets with two very soft pillows

Location was terrible, construction going on. Very hard to access with my parents. Standard didn't have a sink, had to fill water from the washroom. Standard minimum room.

The location is very close to Berliner Tor station, which offers direct connections to the city center and the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and functional. Overall, it was a good stay. The price is a bit high.

The fan in the toilet was noisy. Same as sound isolation of the whole toilet room. In such tiny rooms it might be important. Would be good to have kettle.

The location is convenient. It's close to a metro station with access to multiple lines, which made it easy to get around the city.

We were using public transit and the Berliner Tor station which is nearest to the hotel was under renovation and a maze of steps. Not the hotel's fault but something to be aware of.

The location wasn't ideal. City center is walkable, but the area around the central station felt unsafe at night – definitely wouldn't recommend solo walks there.

in the room there were 5 big books about how/why to save the planet, and also some brochures in this subject- seems to me that too many trees got cut down to raise awareness on the subject of saving the planet. We have internet for that information.

Convenient location for travelling. Especially from Airport and Messe events. Staff friendly and breakfast good value. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Aircon/heating is centrally controlled so had to sleep with window open which is not great near the railway. I was too tired to mind but if I'd been sleeping light then it could have been an issue.

Hotel was very clean and up-to-date Only two very soft pillows, two single duvets for a double bed. Should have provide two soft and two medium pillows and double duvet. No tea or coffee options in room. AC was not working and unable to close the window
