The main building rooms are newer shower was good The new rooms are better but do need comfortable pillows also staff needs to let people know that their are fans available in closet it got very hot in the room

It was decent, relatively clean on the first sight. The hotel rooms are outside, and the building is quite outdated. The rooms itself are quite small compared to the pictures, there is no fridge, and the bathroom has small openings between the walls and ceiling which led to bugs coming to the room.

I had a good stay at the Best Western Hotel Hamburg International. The location is good because of the access to the U-Bahn station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was a excellent and served by a friendly and attentive staff. While the room was clean and comfortable, I could hear the traffic from the main road and was a bit noisy at times. The hotel itself is a little older but well-maintained, which didn’t detract from the overall experience.

Good location- not far with U from main places, Near hotel are shops, bars, 24h fuel station. Our rooms were cleans, nice. Windows were not to the street so very calm at night. Parking! We had no claims.

Location When we arrived, the room was extremely hot, even in December , where outside is 4 deg.This was because the heater was broken. When we asked to change rooms, the temporary and ineffective hotel staff at reception said they did not have authority to change our rooms, nor can they fix it. Furthermore, we had to keep a window open, to try to make it bearable , which it was not. Note that another window in the room was also broken and could not be closed, leaving the room open to anyone who wanted to break in. When we told staff about the TWO major problems; they offered no apologies, and said if we need to make a complaint, it is only possible online, since the manager could do nothing to help us.

The breakfast buffet had a very good selection and the different kinds of coffee available was a big plus. Nothing that stood out.
