Hampton by Hilton Hamburg City Centre

had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, the breakfast was delicious and varied, and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended.

Walking distance to city center (train station, port, etc.). Surrounded by big streets (but the rooms are quiet!)

Only the location is ok The rooms are so cold, even though we had hilton honor memberships reception never asked or mentioned it we had to force them to type our numbers in, no coffee or tea after breakfast?! This ain’t Italy.

The breakfast was fine. The front desk help was a little hard to work with. I asked for sheets and a blanket for the pullout bed as I requested two beds to begin with. They said they had no sheets and no blanket. They did however, come up with two sheets. I also found a wad of gum stuck to the countertop, which means the room was not cleaned efficiently before our arrival. The location was a bit further than what I imagined, using the given map

Breakfast is reasonable. Location is central.

The furniture was a bit old.

A small three-quarter bed and an unmade sofa in a cramped room where you could hardly move — far too small to be sold as a triple room. They should never have offered it as such. Parking was also expensive at €24 per day.

The Location is very good from the central station. Very disappointing stay. The bedrooms are unbelievably small for the price, with the toilet and bathroom cramped together. Rooms were not cleaned properly, and breakfast was a joke compared to what you can get elsewhere in Karstadt for less money. The only positive was the kitchen staff, who were friendly and professional. Overall, not worth the money at all.

Safe location,clean,breakfast One of the two rooms we booked was not ready when we reached at 4pm for check In ( Hotel Check In Time was 3PM).

This hotel is located in a very bad area of town, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Also, we had requested a high floor, but when we checked in, we were told we could only have a small room on the first floor because we did not book our room directly though the hotel.

Hotel receptionists are really helpful and beds are really comfortable The breakfast is really NOT good. Bacon was totally burned and the scrambled eggs were totally overcooked. I must underline that whoever cooked those does not anything about cooking.

Very kind and supporting people in service, especially at the desk. Good and rich breakfast. Gym. Pool was closed. Fruits for breakfast was not cut from beginning.
