The hotel is just super overpriced in comparison to what it offers. Small rooms, frozen food in the restaurant, even though they have quite a fancy menu on the website. The staff was very confused, unable to answer simple questions. Not enough, my blanket was dirty, when after several disappointments I went down to the reception to show them my blanket, a guy working there just screamed at me telling me to go away!! I have never experienced something like this in any hotel, when a service provider screams at the customer. A colleague of him sent him away and tried to improve the situation by offering us a free beer and breakfast the next day (our room was without breakfast). Even though it was a nice move from her, it didn't compensate much. I demand from your hotel to contact me as soon as possible and hold such kind of employees accountable for their hot tempered behavior. We were 2 groups of friends who left the hotel extremely disappointed. 2/10 would be our rating.

Cleanliness Room amenities are not up to the mark

It was good, i was there for 4 weeks, for a training. It was clean, the staff from reception made check-in earlier without additional tax, because they had a free room. Unfortunately, be careful with your personal goods. Someone stole from my bag, which was always in the room, around 250 euro. The problem is that was not taking always cash with me and i'm not sure in which day exactly these happened. I noticed the missing only after 10 days, from last checking and because of that couldn't raise to much noise. Also, my problem is that i let money in bag in the room. Will know next time !!!

The placement of the hotel and the parking space have been the main features to choose this hotel. Staff courtesy and overall cleaning very good Nothing much

The room was OK. It's clean and it looks good. There are only the most essential things like towels, soap and a TV. But nothing more, which is fine I don't mind. However, the room is incredibly tight to the point where it's uncomfortable. Not only that, but the bed was a twin and it says it's a queen on Booking.com. The staff told me they would see what they can do about that since they pretty much lied about the room but I got nothing back. It's not worth the price or the lack of room size. I haven't done too deep of a search but I can say this is not worth the price. The train station is quite far as well.

I loved everything.

The bathroom was fantastic – spacious, well laid out, with great water pressure. The lobby staff was friendly, and the overall design of the hotel was pleasant. The rooms were very small, leaving no space to properly place luggage. Communication was difficult as the staff at the lobby didn’t speak proper English, which was surprising for a big city like Hamburg and a large hotel chain like Holiday Inn. Also, there was no makeup mirror at a suitable height for my wife, which made things inconvenient.

Well located, few minutes by foot from the U and S trains, very comfortable rooms and extremely friendly and helpful staff Nothing to say

Internet was down

Breakfast was really good with an nice variety of choices. The room was really quiet and the curtains blocked out the light well for sleeping. Our room was very small. In order to check in earlier than 3 pm, I was forced to open an IHG member account, which is just a stupid trick. There were enough rooms ready, but apparently they were „for members only“. Also, room cleaning just emptied our bathroom bin into the toilet and forgot to flush it. After that, we didn’t use the bathroom bin anymore because that is not what the German recycling system is for.

The location was perfect for the main reason for the visit, and the city center was an wasy walk with plenty of restaurants and bars. Staff were friendly and efficient. The room was a little smaller than expected, and the work space was tiny and not well lit. So workinh on my lap top was not comfortable in the room.
