Excellent, varied breakfast, continuously replenished. Pleasant staff. Cleanliness of the room. There was no air conditioning in the room, only a fan, but given the colder weather, we didn't mind.

Location is quite ok next to St Pauli Room is quite disappointing, very depressive design, plus very noisy due to Hamburger fair next door during the day..

very friendly and open staff, always open for questions and advice. very clean. room was comfortable. it can be a bit noisy, but mainly because other guests talk loud on the floor.

Being pushed out by the cleaning personak that have no commercial goals, but the need to finish on time. I expect a better service and like in any other hotels a check out time around 12pm.

I booked the place to attend the AIX expo. The location was the key and it worked out well (20-min walk from the Messe). U-bahn station (St. Pauli) is just 5 min away. There are some good restaurants nearby too. The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean and tidy. The reception was very helpful with all my requests. The hotel faces quite a busy road, so if you have a room on that side, sleeping with a window cracked open can be challenging. The basic room is very small and it consists mostly of the bed with limited space for any movement. The breakfast buffet is pretty decent, but very expensive considering the value for money.

great location near st pauli but no st pauli noise. street was a bit noisy from traffic though but compared to party and people noises it was fine. walls too thin, too easy to hear my neighbors muffled voices

Great location central to lots of sightseeing and attractions and U Bahn St. Pauli. Fantastic breakfast offered. Nice clean room, decent bed, pretty quiet.
