LOCATION was good for the conference i attended there was nothing i did not like

I was sick and i felt very cold, due to the general heating and they gave us an electrical heater which helped us a lot. They were very helpful and polite :) There was no coffee in the room :(

For where we wanted to be, this was a perfect hotel. Everyone in the hotel was friendly and helpful for our needs. At first the layout was confusing but we quickly figured it out!

Very Friendly Staff. Heating in winter time. Heating of the towels in the bathroom. I didn't remember if the room has air conditioner. If not, it can be a problem in the summer.

Great location, room was clean and comfy. the receptionist told us we can walk in to the port restaurant and have dinner but when we got there, it was booked and we could not get a table. that was not nice after a long day of travel

The hotel is a perfect combination of old world charm and modern amenities. Perfect location just above the harbor.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff on check-in were lovely. We only stayed 1 night and didn't get to experience the hotel bar etc. but it looked great and the main hotel area has a fantastic decor. Despite paying more for the room, we were in a newer part of the building which didn't look half as nice as the main hotel area.

Location is amazing, that’s why we came back to that hotel No prober wardrobe and the room was very small. Also, we could hear a lot from the rooms around us so we had to keep the windows mainly closed

The location offered a nice view of the harbor, with a long stairway leading down to the quaint little restaurants by the terminal. There was no air conditioning in the room, and with the unusually warm weather in Hamburg lately, I really struggled to sleep through the night. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities like a coffee machine or a kettle for warm water, along with any complimentary coffee or tea. When I called the reception, I was informed that I could order in-room service, but it would cost EUR 10 just to have someone deliver it. To make things more inconvenient, the restaurant was nearly a kilometer away—I had to leave the new building, walk outside to the old building, and order coffee there. Overall, it was quite an uncomfortable experience.

The location and view of the Harbour from our room was great. There was a good shower in the bathroom and everything was spotless. Friendly staff and interesting historical Maritime decor in the reception and pub. Good value for money. It would have been nice to have a bit more space to sit in our room. There was only one chair, so one of us had to sit on the bed. There was no coffee machine / kettle in the room - waking up without my early morning coffee was tricky.

Decent hotel in a good location The intrusive housekeeping staff. I had the do not disturb on the door and she entered to clean it. I told her that cleaning wasn't required but she came back again. When I returned form being out, the room had been serviced.
