Very clean and recently painted room, it seemed. Perfect for my needs. It’s a small room but I was traveling solo so it had all I needed, though I’d recommend adding a mini fridge to the room, so I could keep my beverages cold.

The hotel is very new so the rooms were very clean and tidy. There are a couple of good restaurants nearby and the station is not too far (we liked the north African one!) Not a big deal - but the pillows were very small and uncomfortable.

location good for a short stay, close to train station and bus station. A nice, long, walk to the docks, and a closer walk to city center. Very small room, with basic matress/pillows. We were two persons and could not move around the room. Water from the vending machines was NOT even chilled.

Friendly staff Disgusting blood stain on pillow,dorm-like rooms not ideal for grown-ups. The room was small. No bedside table,just some tiny stool.

They were doing some renovations and there was drilling between 8-18. I think they should have sent a heads-up on this before arrival.

Good location near the main station and a pretty modern hotel. Got upgraded to the main Ibis from the budget ibis. Apparently this got a bigger room with better facilities but it seemed as basic as expected - the budget room must have been tiny. Clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. Breakfast was 19 euros which priced me out of it. Does the basics really. No tea / coffee making facilities in room.

Perfectly clean room, spotless. Unbeatable location, very close to the Central station. Comfy beds as well. Incredibly friendly staff.

Ibis always has been good for me whenever I used their hotels across Europe. This one in Hamburg was no different. I was in town for the beautiful Christmas Markets. I could easily walk to the markets from my room. There was easy parking under the hotel for my BMW. The room was very clean and nice. The bathroom was good. I did not have the breakfast as I ate way too much at the Christmas Markets. The staff was very friendly and helpful in pointing me in the right direction to the markets. I would stay here again if back in Hamburg someday. It is a beautiful city with so much to do. And the price is always good when staying at Ibis. There was nothing I didn't like about my stay at Ibis in Hamburg

I'm staying in Hamburg quite often and this is by far the best budget option that I have found near Central Station.

Compact and simple room, it was sufficient for one night stay. Not so far from Hamburg central station, but relatively quiet.

It’s near distance to main station The air conditioning is centralize, which only two option you can adjust .since the room is small enough we can’t just adjust how the air /temperature inside.
