All good except for the quality of the bed.

No open restaurant, no bar to relax, very limited to breakfast.

The property was modern and clean. The location was perfect and close to everywhere basically. I walked from the train station to the hotel all with a big suitcase by myself with no problem at all. The room itself was of a good size and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. I cannot ask for anything more. Even though it s close to the train, once I close the window I was good. I slept like a baby and I’m very sensitive to noises! I would definitely go back to this hotel if I ever travel back to Hamburg. Nothing

The location is very good, close to Haupbahnhof and City Hall, main catherdral and the river bank, restaurant streets and cafes There is no bar, no restaurant in the hotel and even if the weather is bad or you don’t feel well and want to stay at the hotel you won’t be able to eat anything. There is only a vending machine there which is absolutely uncomfortable and of no use if you are hungry. The room was tiny. On the other hand the staff was helpful and friendly.

Location was close to train station - just used one night to break up the trip from Copenhagen to Dusseldorf by train. Rate was OK. Walk to hotel was nice and safe. Staff were a bit taciturn, but hey, it’s Hamburg and no one in this city makes a fuss about anything! “Moi”

Breakfast was not very good

The location was good and the room was acceptable. The bathroom was tiny and the cupboard space was extremely limited so would only suit someone/a couple staying a couple of days.There was no tea or coffee in the room which was a shame although it was available in the foyer but having it in your room would be preferable. The airconditioning did not seem to be effective so we had to keep changing the settings to try to find the right one. The extractor fan in the bathroom was pretty ineffective. We found the staff to be unhelpful. I had to ask twice for a second pillow and when asking for suggestions on places to eat we were told we could find somewhere just as easily using Google ourselves!

Central The building is old, the rooms have been cheaply renovated, and the shower drain didn't work—really disgusting.

Great location- 10 minutes away from the city center! The bed was not comfortable, especially pillows. Would love pillows to be harder.

Very convenient position, very quiet and clean pleasant staff All was good

The hotel is located conveniently and overall the stay was acceptable. The check-in process was smooth, staff was polite, and the general cleanliness of the property was fine. The room was very stuffy and uncomfortable because the air conditioning was not working properly. The bed was extremely small for two people, more like a French bed rather than a standard double, which made sleeping difficult. Overall, the comfort level of the room was quite low.

The location was both close to the Alster Lake and the central train station. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful There was no kettle or fridge in the room.
