Great location and the room was clean The check-in experience was terrible. Our flight arrived late and we were charged €50 just because the check-in was after 6pm. I’ve never experienced something like this before. The worst part is that the whole process was online anyway. Nobody sent us instructions in advance. I had to contact them myself the day before asking how to check in. Then during the online check-in, they asked me the same information that was already on my documents. Paying €50 for that is honestly absurd. Also, this fee is not very visible on the Booking page when you book. Another thing that really bothered me: the receptionist told me they would give the €50 back if I gave the hotel a score of 10 on Booking. Completely inappropriate and trying to buy my review. Other negative points: The room is VERY noisy, it feels like sleeping on the street. Elevator was not working (3rd floor)

The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions. Breakfast was fresh and well-organized, with a good variety of options. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future. N / A

Location was excelente just one stop from Hbf. The staff were very friendly and the amenities were also very modern and cozy. The small duvets... I would’ve prefer a single big duvet

My room overlooked a garden and away from traffic so quiet. Very clean and comfortable.

The only issue was that the ventilation in the bathroom wasn’t working.

The room was good, didnt love the pillows. The location was good but not in a very turistic area. However it has easy acces by metro and bus.

Great location, nearby cafes, supermarkets, all transportations. Nice large lobby with indoor and outdoor settings areas. The room is too small with no additional items like kettle, or coffee machine. Also there is no phone inside the room, so when ever I needed something I had to go down to the reception to ask.

No dislikes

Staff not too friendly with non-locals. Hotel location it’s accesible but keep in mind if you arrive from the train station, you have to go through a couple of blocks that are too crowded and not so nice. The area itself is great, that’s the only disadvantage of it. Std room is quite small.

The location is great, breakfast excellent, the all property is very good and the rental bikes are good too …

The hotel is near the public transport. The room was clean. The room and bathroom were tiny (16 m2. My fault as i did not check it while making the booking). There is no space to move in the room. No wardrobe, no minibar, no iron and no complimentary water in the room. If you are spending the weekend there, get ready to wait in the line for breakfast. We were refused to serve breakfast (it was not included in the booking) as they did not have enough space.

What I like about this property is its wonderful location, one station away from the central train station and less than 30 seconds away from the subway exit. The check-in experience is wonderful and the rooms are in really great shape. This is the second time that I stay at this location and I had such a good experience the first time that I decided to stay again for this second time. Unfortunately, this second time was not as good as the first and it’s definitely making me reconsider if I want to stay here in my next visit to Hamburg. Checking was absolutely fine and the state of the room was as expected, everything good. I came to Hamburg for a concert and after coming back late from the concert, I had picked up some food on the way and asked staff member if it was possible to eat it in their lounge. The staff replied sarcastically that ”they have their own menu with their own food and that we need to eat upstairs in our rooms.”. I can understand that it’s a policy, one I don’t agree with, but the staff member was not nice about it. Additionally, when I use I hotel, it’s essentially my home during my stay so not being able to have outside food in the hotel I find completely ridiculous. Additionally the morning after, the shower was not working properly. I could not change the types of stream and the water pressure was quite low and the temperature fluctuated, which made the entire showering experience, quite annoying and uncomfortable.

It is very close to metro station. You can work at the hotel because lots of area and table you can use. Good breakfast but a little bit pricey. There is no fridge in the room. There are no water in the room you can drink. They serve basic needs.

Easy check in, only one stop away from the Hauptbahnhof and located right beside the Ubahn line, friendly staff, nice room

Quiet room on the floor was allocated at the end of the corridor, so no noise at all. Good location. Waiting for 20 or more minutes to be checked in as there was a huge queue. Temperature of the room could have been cooler, the thermostat wouldn’t allow us to cool the room to our preferred temperature.
