The place was very clean. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the bathrooms were. Staying in the cabin was an interesting experience and it was actually much more comfortable than I expected. My biggest concern beforehand was the ventilation, but the temperature and air quality were very pleasant throughout the night. Unfortunately, the location was the main downside. When we arrived in broad daylight, we saw two men shooting heroin just a few metres from the entrance. At night, there were quite a few drunk and intoxicated people around the area. I felt fine because I was travelling with my partner, but if I had been travelling alone, I would have felt quite uncomfortable and possibly scared walking back to the accommodation at night.

Efficient check in. Double room had enough space to store large suitcase, carry on, backpack and grocery bag of baggage. Bed was comfortable as well. Would be good to have dimmer light in the capsule. Maybe there was one but it’s not very intuitive to use. Was only there for a night so didn’t find out.

The cabins are clean, have dimmable lights and speakers. Shower facilities are spotless, big and comfortable. As well as toilets being clean. Walking from Hamburg Hbf to the hotel, even in brood daylight did not feel very safe. The neighbourhood is dirty, but the hotel is as clean as it can get. However, the mattress topper was so soft that I got a horrible back ache two days in a row.

Clean excellent facilities staff very friendly Only the location if you go left outside the door those two blocks are pretty dodgy but going into town from the right it’s totally okay so that’s the way i went

Qualité de la chambre et petit dej minimal intéressant. Hanna, the person at the reception, is unpleasant, and there are no relaxation facilities (swimming pool, sauna, hammam, gym). The district is extremely dangerous, which drug addicts and prostitutes must be very careful about)
