Everything is really super cool and comfortable. The best thing is they clean your room everyday ☺️ Only my problem is paying with card upon your arrival you will need to pay 2.5 euros for tax and only card is accepted. My card American Express didnt work and need to ask reception to pay them and make payment wish his private card.

The hotel is clean and pricevalue. The location,its scary.and not safe specailly when with child,ren,drunks are everywhere and saw some using drugs in broad daylight.Police are everywhere though.

The check-in process was easy and smooth. The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the Indian restaurant in the hotel, which was very convenient. The location is excellent and close to everything. The street can be a bit noisy during both the day and the evening because there are often people outside. However, it didn’t affect my stay too much.

There was only one check-in machine and it had some weird film glued to it. The room did not have air condition.

It was a quite noisy street below that night. The cute lighting is nice but for some reason the star light machine and the main bed head feature strip lighting around the space image was far too bright to leave on, should separate the two on different switches for best effect or at least dimmable strip lighting.

Nice place to stay. Beds are comfy, rooms are nice and clean.

Spacious room with its own bathroom that is so close to the HBF It is noisy at night, and located at a seemingly rough area.

Quite a noisy location, the main entrance isn't locked, so anybody can walk in, and in this area of the city it feels like a security issue. TV in the room had no connection to the satellite, so basically useless. No AC in the room, might be important in summer.

The room was very hot and there was no AC or fans. Of the areas we walked in throughout Hamburg the street between the station and the hotel was the most sketchy.

The hotel was clean and its breakfast was good which was served in a another cafe. The location was terrible. My room was in floor 6. But, the lift goes only to 5th floor and I had to use stairs to reach to my room which was difficult for me as I had a baby stroller and several luggage.

There wasn't any air cooling system in the room, in August every one needs it.

If you are looking to be in a place with Turks and Arabs, lots of cheap sex and drugs, this is the place for you. The ventilation in the bathroom is very dirty. There is no paper in the dispenser, the soap is running out. It's easy to see that the place isn't very clean,

Location was within walking from the central train station, though the neighborhood was a little dodgy. Room was clean. Free large bottle of mineral water. After an 8-hour train trip with three transfers with heavy luggage (and following a hard week), all I wanted to do was check into my room and sleep. But I found out I'd have to first navigate a self-service check-in device--all in German--to get my room key. I tried to call the property for help, but no one answered. It was after 10 p.m. Finally, after at least 20 minutes trying to check in, in a hot and dark "lobby," a friendly German man helped me. But I had to give him my private passport details and other information, necessary for the check-in. If not for this man, I fear I would not have been able to check into my room. A representative with the propery got back to me by email later, saying the user-interface had an English setting. But neither I nor the native German speaker who had helped me saw this setting. It was a very bad experience. Once in the room, I noticed there was poor lighting, no air conditioning or fans (opening the windows during the night would let in traffic noise from the busy street below). A coffee maker would have helped, as well, in the morning.

Definitely the worst location in the Hamburg!

Was a bit chilly in the room. The noise from outside was very loud. Very ascetic, there wasn't even a glass to drink water.

Too many useless people in the street during night. Be careful while passing them in the night

Addresse is'nt good because of very dirty but thr Hotel is very good

Very bad part of the city. Gun shots and filthy hookers.
