It is safe, clean, and my room was bigger than I expected. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall it's a good hotel. For me it was a good base for a stopover, but if I wanted to really explore Hamburg, I might choose a different area as my base. I'm not a fan of the area, but it is conveniently located close to the train station.

Hotel was fine. Very bad location.

Nice room and loved the small kitchen set up. Modern amenities like tv and decor. Perfect size room for solo traveler. Loud. Street side woke me up many times. I like the full windows but busy street so be aware.
-
Lovely breakfast, rooms were comfortable, close to the train station. Area is indeed run down and feels very sketchy at any time of day. The check in could be much more streamlined.

The room was clean and comfortable. It’s located very close to the train central station and bus station. The place is located in the area where you can see a lot of homeless and junkies. We( two women) did not feel very comfortable outside when we went to look for a place to eat in the evening. We were not offered breakfast while checking in. When we asked, the receptionist said it’s 19,50€ per person. So we decided to take breakfast elsewhere.

Good location at walking distance from Main train station. Room had full size window with nice street view . Reception staff not very friendly

The building and the room was new and comfortable. Neighborhood itself was less relaxing, crowded with homeless people sleeping on the street.
-
Friendly staff and easy check in. The room was pretty big and clean. The location was good and bad at the same time. The good thing is that it's close to central station and that supermarkets and restaurants are close. The bad thing is the neigbourhood, with drug addicts and homeless all over the street.

Hotel within 10 minute walk to central station. Room was pleasant, clean and had a fridge Check in was a long process due to language barrier. Hotel situated in a rough area

The room was very nice, and bed was comfortable The location is terrible. I didn’t feel safe at all as a solo female, I went to get dinner at around 7pm while it was still very light and felt immediately unsafe so grabbed a quick takeaway and went back to my room. Had originally parked my car on the street but decided to move it underground parking which cost an extra €20 which is not advertised on Booking.com listing.

Comfortable, good location for exploring hamburg. The secure parking is a massive benefit - 20euros, and we were able to keep the car there until 3pm after checkout. The room was modern, spacious and there was complimentary coffee. Funky art around the hotel! Cleanliness was ok, room was clean but a little dusty. The mattress toppers could do with a freshen up, and the toilet paper was not great.

Best hotel we stayed during our trip! Updated, well maintained facilities and very helpful staff. Clean, practical, with unique arts and decor. The hotel is located only minutes' walk away from the train station and public transportations. A great middle eastern (Turkish I think?) restaurant downstairs, tons of other restaurants, cafe and entertainment choices within walking distance.

It is a very basic but decent hotel. The problem is in the dirty and unpleasant neighborhood- mostly immigrants. I didn't feel safe and comfortable.

A blue light in the room that we could not switch off at night - and had to sleep with it on. No secure place to lock bikes in a very dodgy area - full of drug dealers and addicts. We ended up forfeiting our second night to change hotel.

Nice clean room, complimentary mineral water, proximity to train station
