I don’t like anything about the property it was not nice at all very dirty and stinky The property smiled very bad the place is not neat everywhere is smiling cigarette and too many junky’s in front of the hotel

I feel unsafe walking at night. There are a lot of drunk men outside. If you have a heavy luggage, please be minded that you still have to climb a very steep staircase that will lead you to a floor where the elevator is. No help provided by the staff. Hotel is somehow old.

Nothing. Everything. Stairs before reception then stairs again before you can find the elevator. It is not recommendable for elders and with disabilities. Location was terrible; situated to drunk people, who smoked a lot. The bathroom was too small and there is no hot water right away you open the faucet.

Nice clean rooms. Very close to main train station. Large family room for a bunch of guys on a stag. Very clean. Zero complaints regarding hotel. Surprised with the low review score. Supermarket a stones throw away. Amazing Turkish kebab restaurant opposite. Rooms and showers nice. It's on a bit of a dodgy street with a few undesirables at night. Had no issues. Corridors need a bit of a refurb.. dated but clean.

The bed and the bathroom were clean The staff was pretty rude and didn't know much english. To get to the room I had to do two ramps of stairs without an elevator. The room was clean, but the ceiling was very dirty and probably moldy

Close to the bus station, which is why we chose it. Not what I paid for. I paid for 3 single beds and a cot, but got a double bed and something that looked like a couch. Baby had to sleep in our bed, not much room for that, and tried to make a bed for my son on the couch.

Not very clear on booking.com that the area isn’t the nicest/ safest. Lock on the door is not good. And have to return keys when you go out for the day so don’t feel safe leaving things in the room.

We are relieved and good staff also nice place..thank you

I don't understand how an architect can design a shower without a handle. It's not just old people who need to hold on sometimes.

Staff were pleasant and polite. The room was on the 3rd floor and was clean and suitable. Breakfast was average but suited my needs. No lift from the reception area. The building is quite dated. Noisy outside, especially early morning.

Even when I think hard, I can't think of anything The neighborhood: very loud, very dirty, a crime hotspot. The hotel: yes, the staff made an effort, but the room was tiny, the bathroom even tinier. The street noise-even with earplugs hardly bearable. Room 16-definitely to be avoided

Passable

It's a clean, reasonably priced hotel in a predominantly Turkish area close to the main station. It occupies 2 adjacent buildings and a marble staircase has to be ascended before accessing the rooms and lift. It's close to some good Turkish restaurants - try Saray Köz, a 5 minute walk away The staircase can be problematic with luggage. My room looked onto the street and it was pretty noisy in the late evening.
