The place is clean and well maintained internally. The hotel faces one of the worst streets in all Hamburg (probably in all Europe). Expect people consuming drugs or being drunk in front of the hotel entrance.

A genuinely nice hotel, let down by its location. I had no trouble at all, parked my motorbike outside and no trouble, but the area does have its challenges. This is a good value, city centre site, nice, spacious and clean room, but the area is not for the faint hearted. Location let's it down.

The room is clean and tidy, it's everything you'd expect. Nothing fancy but gets the job done. 4 Beds was perfect and the bathroom has everything you need. Daily making of the beds is a nice touch as well. Near the trainstation would be a perfect location if it wasn't in the area with the largest migrant population. Every night was restless, bottles being broken in the street. Would not recommend the area if you are solo.

Clean. Staff very obliging. Close to train station. Breakfast good. Small things extra pillow. Kettle in room. Glass in room. Area was a but suspect after dark.
