Friendly staff and clean rooms. Some guest were noisy at night, banging doors. I can’t blame the facility but it was really scary going out with all the drug addicts on the street.Nothing new in Hamburg!

The location was terrible! That neightbourhood is full with homeless and drugs addicted people! Also in front of the hotel people are using heroine and coke under our window. In the evening we were scared to go out! It's not the fault of the hotel, but I would never ever send someone to this place!

Breakfast was OK. The area was very unrestful, junkies a lot on the street. The street was noisy during night, and since there was no air conditioning, I had to keep the window open during night .

Lovely hotel staff great, breakfast basic but free so really good, excellent coffee great value for money, very good value for money paid. Short walk to main station. neighbourhood not great due to homelessness lots of people seem to live on streets, although I was never hassled by anyone and good police presence around.

In full honesty the room was actually pretty decent. It was clean and nice. On the top floor. The street is full of addicts and prostitutes. Arriving at any kate hour and chances are you will encounter very intimidating people just outside the hotel and up and down the street.
