We always stay at motel one anywhere we go if we can. The standard is high and the price really good. Small rooms but perfect for one night.

Good location for walking around Hamburg. Courteous staff. The room was a bit warm and the cooling system did not bring the temperature down.

I liked Daniela, an employee halping at the reception at breakfast. She was specially helpful and efficient. The night staff could not explain well about parking on the street. The hotel parking was full. In this case, they should be able to help guests finding another place and not just say "google it" !

Great atmosphere and relatively close to harbour tour boats; harbour promenade; Speicherstadt and Elphi. Nice bar/restaurant in the hotel with deck on the canal. Nothing I did not like.

The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Also there was a secure bicycle storage room, which was a great convenience.
