Not much to say. Very average place.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. I am especially grateful for the assistance they are providing with returning my jacket after I accidentally left it behind. Their kindness and professionalism are truly appreciated. Nothing in particular. Everything met my expectations, and I was very satisfied with my stay.

Everything, will be back again on Sunday!!

Longish walk to the Hauptbhanhof.

They don't lie when they advertise this hotel as being the best when it comes to sleep. They have these blackout curtains which literally would keep you in bed until late afternoon if you don't set an alarm :)) Very comfortable beds, the water in the shower was scalding hot, which was extremely enjoyable after walking throughout town during the cold days of January. The staff was friendly, the beer and coffee in the lounge were good, I have no complaints. It is also within walking distance of both the city center and the central train station (15-20 minutes each way).

It was not a big problem, but the location was not very central.

Sofa-bed was not comfortable: you could at least put an extra layer to cover the rough springs. 24 euro for 12 hours of parking? Come on, don't rip us off like that.

The room was very clean. There was a kettle with a variety of teabags and coffee. Two types of pillows were provided, so guests could choose the one they preferred. Breakfast wasn’t amazing, but it was okay. The room also had an iron and an ironing mat. There was no minibar. I didn’t have toothpaste, and the hotel didn’t provide any.

Location is very good. Close to the city centre and easy to reach from the high way. Parking is a bit expensive (24 euro/d). each time you drive in/out you have to pay. Other hotels apply one rate and you can drive in and out during the days without additional payments. the toilet/bad room had a bad smell which gradually disappeared when the shower was used.

The location is perfect for quick access to the city centre and shopping areas, but there are sure a lot of people wandering the streets between the hotel and the main train station that make you look over your shoulder some. We never had any problems though! We were thankful for the easy and quick walk to and from the train station. Otherwise, the room was very nice and clean, just enough for 2 people. The TVs don't allow you to watch netflix or any other streaming service even though it was a smartTV. They shut off access to those things. But that really is the only negative about the room. I found the breakfast to be way too pricey to try it out, but our family members who did said it wasn't worth the price considering drinks were NOT included.
