Staff were extremely helpful. We arrived 2hrs before normal room access and we were able to get into our room early as my daughter wasn’t feeling well. Breakfast had good choices, the room was spacious and comfortable and we also enjoyed the communal area downstairs. It was easy to get there from the train station. Nothing

Room was very clean and nice. Bathroom well equipped, clean and towels were very nice. Beds are comfortable. Close to S-bahn (Metro) Overall pleasant No remote control for the TV (probably just in that room) No way to completely switch off the AC as is controlled centrally (still will ventilate even if you switch it off in the room)

The air conditioner in the room was not working. They told us they would fix it, but they didn't. There was no room service during the 3 nights we stayed.

Room was quite spacious and parking underneath the hotel is helpful. Breakfast was nice and had enough variety. Location looks a bit rough but has close access to public transportation.

Quite comfortable room for a one-night stay. The room was not the newest and showed signs of wear and tear. The EV chargers in the hotel parking lot did not work. The staff were not very helpful. Early in the morning, someone knocked on our door and then opened it, waking us up — twice. The JW assembly held at the hotel during our stay was not a pleasant experience.

Clean as expected. Prices are more than fair Hairdryer wasn’t working properly. The bathroom and toilet was not the same as in the other hotels. Bed wasn’t very comfortable either like in the other hotels. Parking spaces were very small aswell but are on site. Area is not the greatest and not a business area as stated online.
