Hotel Hagemann

The room itself was quiet with the windows closed. The location is not in a very good part of town, and the closest parking was on the street approximately a quarter mile away from the hotel. The sheets had a few holes in them, and the street noise didn't allow you to leave the windows open. The location of our room did not allow it to have usable WiFi.

Clean, food breakfast, comfy bed, good value for money Nothing really. If I come back to Hamburg I will most likely stay at the same place despite it being a little outside of the center.

Price - value for my dollar. Good breakfast. Restaurant in lobby is convenient but limited menu (pizza/pasta) . Clean with renovations. Comfortable beds. Close to S3 subway line which brings you directly into town. Courteous desk and hard working restaurant staff. Served our needs. We didn’t mind the hotel at all. But people should know. It is a working man’s neighbourhood that appeared run down at first. Streets are not clean. Exterior of building is covered in graffiti. But I felt safe. People in neighbourhood are friendly common folk. Mostly immigrants and very nice.

Breakfast was really good. It would have been better if they had more salads and other options for vegetarians. Yogurts were really good. Nothing much

Good hotel for the price with breakfast included. We are satisfied.

Not in the centre of the city, however you can reach it by Veddel train station and then bus 13 - which stops right outside. It is in an area that might not appeal at first when you arrive, the area has a lot of graffiti. However once you go around the back and enter the hotel it is a different story, warm and snug with a good restaurant. Two supermarkets nearby and plenty of restaurants. It is possible to walk into town along the levee bank but easier to go by bus 13 and train, especially with luggage. We enjoyed our stay there, especially helpful Tony in the restaurant. The room was spacious and clean. The only downside is that the smokers stand right outside the main entrance, so you have to take a deep breath, walk through the fug of smoke and enter the hotel. If they could move the smoking area further away (eg 1 km) that would be better.

Good value for the price and the food is okay. The location was too far from public transportation, since I was new to Hamburg I didn't know that.

Very spacious and clean room. The kitchen had the plates and utensils to cook. The breakfast spread can be changed in 2-3 days. Since I stayed for 5 days, I got bored after 2 days

Clean room Room is not like on the photos. Requesting a double bed was nog honored. “Parking” is available, or so they say. You’ll be redirected to to park your car in a shady neighborhood

Most of things we liked a lot There were no slippery, neither simple bathroom accessories ( like bathroom kit) usually put in 3-4 star hotels.

The location and room for family is good. The parking rule should be explicitly mentioned in booking.com there are some mixed messages.
