Proximity to the fairgrounds in Lake Erie was great

The place is going thru a renovation. They could do better by keeping the common areas and rooms clean.

The property was under construction. They did not tell you that the pool was closed. The reason we rented the place was for the pool. I think I should get a full refund because it was nothing was disclosed. The property was in disarray, and the staff was horrible. Breakfast was supposed to be from till 1030. They stopped making breakfast at seven. It was horrible. Nothing it was a horrible unsafe situation. The outside was cluttered with broken toilets, construction debris everywhere. Nothing was fenced off. It was horrible.

The parking lot was stacked with construction debris, making the property look neglected. Severe in Room 104 and the curtain was shredded and should have been replaced long ago.

Bed was great, shower too small, room recently remodeled which was nice. This place was being remodeled and had I known that, I would have chosen someplace else.

DO NOT RESERVE HERE, find another place

Stayed here one night! Chec in was easy. But when we got to the room the curtains barely stayed closed and one side of curtain was completely off the rod. There was a square hole in the wall behind the tv stand! Wasnt clean enough for my expectations! Wouldnt recommend staying there!

Don't bother with this place. It's a dump, nothing works, and the breakfast is not great. I booked a specific room, and they sold it and had to put me in something else. They told me they were too busy.

No reason for the pool to be closed, this time of year.....disappointed.

Our room was absolutely filthy! The bed was broken as it literally flipped over to one side when we sat on the edge of it. The sheets were wrinkled and looked dirty. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall not on in the bathroom but in the room itself. There was mold and holes in the bathroom walls around the shower head and in the ceiling. I understand they are renovating the 2nd level but for the construction around was awful and I would think the lower level would be better. I understand I booked through a 3rd party, and I did contact them. They spoke with the front desk, but when we went to speak to the person at the front desk, they said they couldn’t do anything because they were booked due to the game. I understand that, but please do better. Needless to say we will not be going back.

This place was not good at all… pool was closed, room was filthy. They said our room was newly renovated but the window would not close, bedding was stained and the windows you could barely see out of. No curtains on the windows either… we complained and they told us to call Expedia . Do not stay there.. save your money.

First room was musty, A/C full of mold and mildew. Elevator broken and the pool was out of service. Kinda ridiculous you pay that amount and cant use the facility. They were nice and didnt hesitate to give me a new room though. New room smelt good.

Our room older but was adequate. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was typical free hotel breakfast. Location was convenient. When I return I will probably spend the extra money and stay at Holiday Inn Express (next door) or Hampton Inn up the street.

The staff was excellent. Remodeling is being completed and the rooms are being upgraded with a fridge and microwave which helps alot. The breakfast is the usual continental breakfast.

Superb

The room was filthy and disgusting and smelled to the point where we had to get a plug-in air freshener. It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a week. We asked for new towels and they never took the old ones or empty the garbage or made the beds.
