Not clean

Disgustingly dirty room. Sheets never changed, bed full of crumbs. Ground in the room so dirty and sticky. Awful smell. Could not wait to get out of there.

Poor

This hotel has been around for 40+ years. I cannot imagine what maintenance costs must be, and profit margins are probably terrible. All that being said, and the understanding of the challenge of running a hotel, Expedia should NOT advertise Red Roof Inn on their site. The room as abysmal. The room smelled badly. The floor was strangely sticky. The lights over the bed did not work, neither did the light over the sink. Someone brought in a table light to replace the non working vanity light, but was missing the bulb. The shower worked, water was hot, but the bathroom as well as the rest of the room had peeling paint. The bed was comfortable and AC worked. Other than that, I would not recommend this hotel.

Needs complete remodeling demo, and start over

Room was clean, towel racks off the walls, no cups available, hair dryer didn’t work. Garbage piled up all over propertyTold front desk about issue, ni response

This was one of the worst places I ever stayed. The linen was stained and dirty, I had to ask for a clean set which was still stained. There was chunks of hair on the floor, you can tell nothing was swept, cleaned or wiped down. Yuck. I felt so uncomfortable in the room.
-
The room stunk like cigarettes and wet dog. There was a plastic bag on the fire alarm, dirty towels and rags in the bathroom, tv remote didn't work, the place was just stinky, I couldn't even sleep long. The property outside was bad too.
-
Air conditioner was noisy and barely worked at all. I wish I could take back the last three days of my life, and stay somewhere else. However, I'm out nearly $400.

The property was dirty, garbage all over the grounds and by stairs. Our fridge had an old bagged cucumber in it. There was garage and a slushy cup under the bed. Neighborhood was ok in the day time but not sure we wanted to venture out at night. Desk staff was grumpy upon check -in definitely looked like there was rooms being rented by the month. The value for over $400 was not worth it.

This property should be shut down. We had no choice to stay unfortunately, but caution anyone else from staying here. While the front desk staff was very friendly, that's about the only positive thing. The room was dirty and dated, the outside was littered with dog waste, broken glass, hypodermic needle caps, you name it!

That room was dirty, nasty and needs cleaned.
-
The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the room was disgusting. Like dirty sticky floors. Tables weren't wiped down. Just yucky. The bed was clean. That's the only reason we stayed. We were literally just there to sleep for six hours.

The bathroom ceiling looked like it was going to cave in so we didn't take showers there afraid it might. The outlet near the bathroom sink wasn't working. The blow dryer was coming out of the wall. There was an iron but no ironing board. The floors were nasty. Someone had two big dogs tied to a post. The outside was disgusting. I would never recommend this hotel. We had gone to 3 others before but they were all filled up.

Police unstoppable visits. NOT A LIKE. Mean and unprofessional female receptionist. Not a like. No like. Nothing was likable to me. You can’t be content when the service you paid for is poor. The smell in the room although they told you it’s a non-smoking one. Dirty bed linen with stains. Drawers that won’t open, phone that are dirty yellowish and dead, they still can’t get rid of them, microwave that super old, dirty and make a heavy noise. Broken dusty TVs with no remote control still in the rooms Old A/C that has lost its buttons, you figure it out ☹️ Dirty towels, and etc. too long is the list. Can’t refer this one.
