Very clean room, quiet, breakfast included, clean, good selection.

Happy with our stay

We saw mixed reviews online after making our reservation, but we found the property to be well maintained and clean. It was conveniently located to other locations we were visiting. The continental breakfast was filling and provided a nice variety.

Bed are comfy (Firm), no hot breakfast, cold only

Everything was wonderful!

We were visiting Orchard Park and East Aurora, south of Buffalo, so this was a great location for our trip.

Basic room had all we needed. Clean.

I liked that as soon as you came into the hotel it was very bright and clean. Staff was polite and very helpful. In the room we had it was very clean. However the mattress protector had a big stain on the edge , which was a little concerning at first. Also the room was nicely renovated but the floor of the shower was a bit disappointing. It look old, which made it look not clean. Wore sandals in the shower. Also the shower door windows were also dirt. They had marks all at the bottom of the glass. Both these concerns are not a deal breaker for me to complain to the hotel . As I still found the hotel comfortable and convenient for what we needed it for the night.
