Good location close to the Barclays Arena, Volksparkstadion, buses and Stellingen S-Bahn. Convenient parking behind the building. Comfortable beds, very clean. Our room faced the back/ parking lot and it was very quiet, no noise from the street. We had silent neighbours, too. No problems with shared toilets, very clean and no queues, at least during our stay. The coffee in the fully automatic coffee machine was delicious. Everything was fine. If we would really try to find something, it probably would be that the messages through booking are answered only during the time their reception is open, so no answer until the next day if you have a question after 3 pm.

The hotel/hostel is very clean, i had room without the toilet, but the collective toilet was very clean and nice. I had a single room with shower inside. Easy check in and you have coffee machine and you can buy fresh food. Lidl is pretty close, its also close to Hamburg airport. You can take number 4 to come to the city center of Hamburg and don't forget to buy Hamburg tickets online with discount. I would recommend it to people especially to the solo travelers . There was no soap for washing hands, and only one shower gel for four days of staying. The cleaning ladies sometimes start cleaning around 8:30 h and that is really very loud, it woke me up every day, for that reasons don't forget to bring earplug but only if you have a easy sleep like me.

Amazing value for the money. Our place was clean and comfortable offering everything we needed - except maybe a small shower gel and no hand soap, but for the price it was really good. You can buy food and coffee 24/7 at the hostel and people working there were really nice.

The location The room was in the cellar and it was extremely humid there. All our clothes were wet and had a distinct damp smell. No fan, no sockets near the beds

Parking can be really problematic, if you come late or you are unlucky you might not find a place to station your car behind the hostel.

Rooms were bigger than expected and they were exceptionally clean. It was a quiet zone and we appreciated being able to park behind the hotel. The lower part of the building looks like it was recently renovated which we appreciated. The lack of breakfast, only a vending machine and a coffee machine was offered and since we weren't close to any cafe we didn't have many other options.

I was highly impressed by the exceptional cleanliness of the entire property, and the modern room provided a peaceful, quiet environment for a great night's sleep. The self check-in process went perfectly smoothly, ensuring a completely hassle-free arrival. While the neighborhood is nice and quiet, the walk to the nearest train stations took a bit longer than expected, stretching the total travel time to the city center.

Clean and spotless room. Check in/out was easy. Although soundproofing was mentioned this definetely was not the case! If you have quiet neighbours you'll hear the muted speach and use of shower. Luckily my neighbours were the quiet type.
