The food, the service, the cleanliness, i had a wonderful stay! One may think that the hotel is only 900 meters away from the airport, but it is not walkable. But the shuttle service from the hotel is great!

two German breakfast staff - friendly and professional as well housekeeping International staff (Romania ) have difficult to speak German & English, unfriendly and not ready for a 4 star hotel Parking fee per night Euro 20 Breakfast fee EURO 26 per person Outside smoking area was in 8 days never cleaned up, dirty floor and table are not speaking for a 4 star hotel

The staff was very friendly and great shuttle service thank you very much for helping. The location is very nice next to the airport. The indoor pool was cold but good sauna after the pool

Well equipped and situated hotel In walking distance to the airport. Friendly staff and nice amenities. Although not a major criticism, hotel seemed a little on the expensive side.

Close to airport convenient to have a bar/restaurant at hotel Our 2nd stay we had a room in the older part of the hotel that was a little musty and the carpets in the hals needed to be replaced

Location, the room and the staffs especially Rony at the reception. I choose the hotel for the pool. We been told it’s open from 7am-10pm. When I came there with my two kids(10-7yrs). We been sent away rudely by a group of people especially the lady in blue shirt a swimming teacher. It’s embarrassing, they could have told us before the kids took shower and we settle in one of the available chair. The lady in pink told us after that the kids can swim but the humiliation was too much. I paid also for the pool. Next time put that’s it’s private swimming school, instead of embarrassing kids.

Super convenient location and the team at the front desk were very nice and helpful ! Shuttle to and from the hotel was just excellent. The gluten free bread at breakfast is literally not edible. Think you should just not offer it or replace.

Very satisfied with the facilities, but the size of bathroom is a bit of small, especially the shower cube and vanity counter. The services and cleanness of the hotel.
