This family-run, hotel is in the north of Hamburg, just 1.2 mi from the airport. Soundproofed windows still assure you a good night's sleep. Free parking is available. I loved the view from my room and the fact that it was close to shopping malls. I also loved the fact that it was close to the airport. I will recommend it for travelers who have early flights. The breakfast could have more varieties for early eaters.

Best place to stay when overnighting for an early flight to Hamburg airport. Staff was freindly and attentive. The aircraft decor is silly but fun. Kids love it. Rooms are not super quiet, can usually hear others in the hallways/rooms, and lights flicking on and off under the door. For early morning escapes would be nice if there was a continental breakfast or other self-server option to grab a bite before darting off to the airport.

The room was clean and OK for a one-night stay. We booked a room for three, and it was located in the basement, which was not very nice. The room was satisfactory, but we had to carry our luggage over multiple steps on the way from the reception.

check-in was ok, and we were accomodated a little earlier than than 3pm. We also managed to get a different room, because of the amount of stairs, although it was around the back of the building. location was ok otherwise, but not as convenient to the airport, as suspected stairs to the triple room - no elevator no soap or shampoo in the shower, bathroom seemed rather outdated and appeared not very clean. They gave us a bigger room as the hotel wasn’t very full. Was a nice gesture. There was no elevator which made it annoying to carry the baby stroller up and down.

Huge room, private bathroom, close to airport and convenient to get to the event I attended. Room was comfortable and had plenty of space This is by no means confined to this hotel, but a bright light in the room for putting on makeup, and maybe a full length mirror.

Nothing. Nothing. No comparison to airport Plaza Hotel which was even one euro less per night. No staff, no fridge, no water. Mold smell, itchy skin after going to bed. 3rd floor room without lift.
