The location, lot of parking places. The building had a strange smell inside and in the rooms. No ac in room just a fan.

This place is a bit of a mixed bag. If you prioritize location and a good night's sleep above all else, it might work for you, but be prepared to manage everything yourself. * **Prime Location:** You really can't beat being right in central Hamburg. It is incredibly convenient for exploring the city. * **Great Neighborhood:** Having a supermarket right nearby, along with loads of cafes and restaurants, made grabbing meals and daily essentials effortless. * **Comfy Beds:** After a long day of walking around the city, the beds were very comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. * **The Heat & Noise Catch-22:** There is no air conditioning in the apartment. To cool the place down, you have to open the windows, but the street outside is incredibly loud. You are basically forced to choose between sleeping in a hot, stuffy room or dealing with disruptive street noise all night. * **False Advertising on Parking:** This was very frustrating. The listing advertises parking in their own basement, but you actually have to park in a nearby shopping mall. It's misleading and definitely something you should know before booking. * **The "Ghost" Host:** The host is essentially non-existent. There was no in-person welcome or assistance, and they were only reachable via WhatsApp. If you prefer a hands-on host or need immediate help, you won't find it here. * **Hit-or-Miss Cleanliness:** The bathroom was only "semi-clean." It wasn't a total disaster, but it definitely lacked the attention to detail you expect when paying for accommodation.

Location is okay. Photos do not show the actual rooms. Bathroom was sicebal but the showerhead was heavily clogged white calk. Had dirt and finger nails in the bathroom and next to the bed.

It’s very close to the train station. The guy who greeted me was very rude to me and my son who was there accompanying me. He was only there to help me with my luggage. And the worker treated us like we were criminals. My room was full of dust, I couldn’t even breathe. I had an immediate asthma attack. When I asked to change rooms. The worker first refused, then called his boss. Who then told him to change rooms for me. The second room was clean though.

The bed is super comfy (harder mattress, just as my back likes it), the room is spacious. The sound insulation is pretty solid, although the room was on the 1st floor and overlooking a busy road, there was hardly any noise. The bathroom is also very clean.

Was 90% neat The toiletries was changed and also they were suppose to open the windows for sometime. The place didn’t smell good with closed doors and windows.
