Brilliant stay Food and drink in bar/restaurant was too expensive

Location. Walked to the terminal next morning for early morning flight. Room choice; Bathroom amen ties were not refilled. Did not like my room & could not get room change. Too expensive & not good value.

The lobby The bathroom drain was clogged, and you had to wait a very long time for the water to drain from the shower floor before you could get out of the shower. We had booked a suite for five people, but three of the five beds were extremely noisy, so we couldn’t sleep properly during the night. The hotel did not have its own parking, and if you had a roof box on your car, you couldn’t park in the airport parking lot opposite the hotel either.

Room was spotlessly clean and in a hotel in a great location with train connecting to the city. Breakfast buffet was lovely, however we were missing some variety on offer The F&B offers were totally overpriced, beverages at the airport at a fraction of the hotel

It was close to the airport. They did a great job on our conference room and snacks. They did a great job on our dinner. They failed when it came to cleaning our room, as they didn’t do it! When I ordered more towels, they brought me one towel. I had to ask for more towels and water. They also forgot to bring replacements for the coffee. Our room keys didn’t work when we got home the first night at 1 AM. We had to go to the front desk and there was no one there. We had to interrupt the people smoking out by the front door to get somebody to come in. The next morning we went to our conference and went back to our room in the afternoon and our keys didn’t work again! We paid $325 for the room for one night and it was a complete rip off! They failed when it came to cleaning our room, as they didn’t do it! When I ordered more towels, they brought me one towel. I had to ask for more towels and water. Great spot near the airport, great rooms (very comfortable) and amazing breakfast. Outrageously expensive.
